Tell us About You Tell us how to reach you by phone and email. We will need to know where to return your work to. Our service is custom so we may contact you directly by phone or email. See below for more details.
Also see our ordering guidelines.
How to Pack:  Pack unprocessed film in a film canister or in clean plastic. Use bubble wrap or other padding. Even a little padding is better than none. Pack negatives with care, keeping them as flat as possible. Use cardboard on both sides of sleeved negatives and very rigid packing envelopes or box. If you use a box add enough padding to your contents so the contents don't rattle around during shipment.
Shippers We Use:  UPS, Federal Express, and Priority Mail from the US Postal Service.

We ship back to you by the same method you use, unless you specify otherwise.

Shipping Safety:  We asked Federal Express, United Parcel Service and the US Postal Service for advise on how to ship
photographic film to us.

Fed Ex specifically said they do not Xray packages or use other equipment that will harm light sensitive materials.

UPS said it was safe ship unprocessed photographic film in their system and recommended that the package be labeled "Photographic Film - Do Not X-ray".

USPS was less responsive but our local postal union official told us that unofficially it is safe to ship photographic film in the US mails.

We receive shipments of sensitive photographic materials from all these plus Airborne Express and others. We have seen no damage to exposed from either handling or radiation.
