Composition 101 for Photographers
The Art of Seeing and Shooting

Joan Bobkoff
$155.00

Composition 101 for Photographers

Dramatically improve the quality of your photos by learning and using elements of design and color more effectively. This workshop will change the way you see - with or without a camera.

After a short overview of some basic design concepts, we will go on a photo walkabout, exploring West Berkeley with a photo scavenger hunt.  It's guaranteed to be fun! We'll get you outside looking and shooting various design elements that are all around you - lines, points, shapes and much more.

After lunch, you will get immediate feedback on the images you shot. From there we go out again on our second walkabout to capture photos with an emphasis on focus, lenses and perspective.

After a final review the lab will make you an 8x10 print of your best shot of the day to take home.
